Icon Pupz was founded by Shay Eubanks with one vision: to make dog grooming feel like more than just an appointment. Bringing together thoughtful design, elevated service, and exceptional pet care, Shay worked alongside experienced professional groomer Dominique "Dom" Reedy, whose industry expertise helped shape the functionality and grooming experience behind the Icon Pupz concept.
